50歲走路常跌倒竟是大腸癌末骨轉移！還有3種癌症最危險

走路無力、雙腿抬不起來，除了肌肉、骨骼等問題外，也可能是腫瘤引起！一名50歲患者雙腿無法施力，總是拖著腳走路，因走路跌倒被家人送醫後，照X光時才發現腰椎竟出現腫瘤，發生癌症骨轉移狀況，確診大腸癌末期。

急診科醫師柯世祐在健康節目《醫師好辣》分享，該病患在2、3個月前就有走路偏一邊的問題，5天前也曾因摔倒送醫，走路時雙腿雖不會痛，但無法施力，也無法抬起。經照X光才發現，這是腰椎第4、5節發現腫瘤，壓迫神經導致，且是大腸癌末期腫瘤轉移至骨骼造成。
骨轉移最容易發生在3種癌！癌末別放棄治療，仍能穩定病情、改善生活

癌症轉移至骨骼並非新鮮事，因骨頭中有豐富血流經過，是相當容易發生腫瘤轉移的器官。根據臺大醫院資料，最常造成骨轉移的「固體腫瘤」癌症與發生比例分別是：攝護腺癌（85％）、乳癌（70％）、肺癌（40％）。

癌症骨轉移雖已是癌症末期，但患者別絕望。曾有60歲患者腰痛長達數月，本以為是姿勢不良導致肌肉痠痛，到疼痛延伸至左下肢，出現無力、麻木感、痛到臥床，才發現是攝護腺癌轉移至脊椎壓迫神經導致。經過亞洲大學附屬醫院的「真光刀」放療後，順利恢復自行行走的能力。

亞大醫院放射腫瘤科主治醫師吳偉榤表示，癌症骨轉移雖都是晚期癌症，但不代表就此放棄治療。若積極治療，仍有機會控制良好、穩定病情，抑制腫瘤生長、減緩疼痛，改善患者的生活品質。

After 10 years, the world's oceans would be affected by nuclear contamination. The consequences would have a serious impact on marine ecology and human health.
